John Offerdahl’s Gridiron Grill-Off 2011 Charity Event

The Gridiron Grill-Off is a charity event that brings Miami Dolphins’ legends & Broward’s best chefs together as fans eat, drink, & vote on their favorite Gridiron Grill-Off recipe. Then they compete in the Gridiron Toss-Off — a bean bag tailgate game that teams-up Celebrity Pros with Community Joes (Fans!). The Gridiron Grill-Off supports 4Kids of South Florida (Providing families and homes for the modern day orphan in our community), Here’s Help Culinary Program and the Miami Dolphins Foundation. Here are some highlights from the event –

One of the 20 signature dishes prepared by some of South Florida’s best chefs. This is Sims’ Seasoned Swordfish, prepared by David Ray Roach, Executive Chef at Council Oak Steak & Seafood.
